Author: Sarah Worthington

Sarah Worthington is a writer and learning specialist with a background in English language learning and instructional strategies for students with learning differences and developmental conditions. She holds a Master of Arts in TESOL and is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Cognitive Diversity in Education. Sarah has taught English and grade level content in the Czech Republic, Germany, and the United States. She has served as an English language specialist for the US State Department and directed English language teacher training programs for DC Public Schools. With a strong interest in creativity and divergent thinking, Sarah loves partnering with organizations such as National Geographic Learning to produce materials and curriculum that spark children’s wonder and curiosity. She is an author of Trailblazer, a National Geographic Learning course for young learners of English, and Lift, a program for multilingual teen learners.
